{{#>_app}} {{#* inline "content"}}<section><div class="container"><img src="/images/test.jpg"></div></section><section class="section"><div class="container"><h2>Tester</h2><p>System Architect/Engineering is responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for an Agile Release Train (ART) to help ensure the system or Solution under development is fit for its intended purpose.</p></div></section><section class="section"><div class="container"><h2>Responsibilities of System/Architect Engineering</h2><p>System Architect/Engineering are Lean-Agile Leaders who typically have the following responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives</li><li>Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy</li><li>Actively participate in the<a href="/continuous-exploration/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Continuous Exploration</a>process as part of the<a href="/continuous-delivery-pipeline/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Continuous Delivery Pipeline</a>, especially with enabler<a href="/epic/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Epics</a></li><li>Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context</li><li>Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements</li><li>Establish critical NFRs for the solution and participate in the definition of others</li><li>Operate within an<a href="/take-an-economic-view/#economicframework"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">economic framework</a>when analyzing the impact of design decisions</li><li>Work with portfolio stakeholders, notably the <a title="Enterprise Architect"href="/enterprise-architect/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Enterprise Architect</a>, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics</li><li>Participate in<a title="PI Planning"href="/pi-planning/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Program Increment (PI) Planning</a> and <a title="Pre- and Post-PI Planning"href="/pre-and-post-pi-planning/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Pre- and Post-PI Planning</a>,<a title="System Demo"href="/system-demo/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">System</a>and<a title="Solution Demo"href="/solution-demo/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Solution Demos</a>, and<a title="Inspect and Adapt"href="/inspect-and-adapt/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Inspect and Adapt(I&A)</a> events</li><li>Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent, working directly with Agile teams to implement them</li><li>Plan and develop the<a title="Architectural Runway"href="/architectural-runway/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Architectural Runway</a>in support of new business<a title="Features and Capabilities"href="/features-and-capabilities/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Features and Capabilities</a></li><li>Work with Product and Solution Management to determine the capacity allocation for enablement work</li><li>Support technology/engineering aspects of program and solution Kanbans</li><li>Provide oversight and foster <a title="Built-in Quality"href="/built-in-quality/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Built-In Quality</a> and<a href="/team-and-technical-agility/"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Team and Technical Agility</a></li></ul></div></section>
